How do I input my personalisation request?
Each product page has a request form at the bottom, please fill in the request form before checking out. If you check out and realise you didn’t fill out the form, don’t panic. You can still go back to the product page and fill this in, alternatively you can send us an email at Dallydaydreams21@gmail.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each product is hand-made. Therefore, we require extra time to personalise your item(s) and allow time for shipping. We aim to have your order with you within 7 working days of purchase, although this can take up to 3 weeks during busy periods. If you need your order quickly, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for all non-personalised and/or faulty items. Return of personalised items is at the discretion of our customer service team – but usually, due to the fact they are personalised, they are non-refundable.

I have entered an incorrect address, is it too late to change?
If you have entered an incorrect address, the best thing to do is call our customer service team on 07943868667 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, or email us at Dallydaydreams21@gmail.com and we will do all we can to help. If your order hasn’t already left us, we will hold it back and re-process with the correct address.

Do orders come gift wrapped?
If you are buying a product as a gift, please let us know and we will happily beautifully gift wrap your product at no extra charge.
